Dr. Armin Moshyedi is a board-certified plastic surgeon with decades of clinical, academic, and surgical leadership experience. He currently practices with Elite Body Sculpture in Washington, D.C. There, Dr. Armin Moshyedi provides safe, natural, discrete, and affordable plastic surgery to clients, utilizing innovative treatments such as AirSculpt to meet and exceed clients’ goals.

A diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and American Board of Surgery, Dr. Armin Moshyedi has held attending and consulting roles at leading medical institutions. He was a long-standing plastic surgery consultant at the National Institutes of Health, and was a medical director at the Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine at Doctors Community Hospital. He holds privileges with Suburban Hospital - John Hopkins Medicine and Suburban Outpatient Surgery Center.

Dr. Armin Moshyedi has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and textbook chapters. He has also presented nationally on topics such as patient safety, breast surgery, liposuction, and weight loss. His research spans plastic surgery and oncology.

Dr. Armin Moshyedi earned his undergraduate degree in biology in 1989 before attaining his MD in 1994. He first undertook advanced surgical training in general and plastic reconstructive surgery at the University of Florida Shands Hospital, and later the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Armin Moshyedi has received several awards in his career, including the Edward R. Woodward Surgical Resident’s Award at the University of Florida College of Medicine and the Hans R. Wilhelmsen Prize at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
